Micronauts history
Micronauts is the North American name for the Microman toy line created by Japanese toy company Takara (now part of TOMY). First released in Japan in 1974, Microman toys were imported to the USA by the Mego Corporation in 1976 and renamed "Micronauts." The line consisted of 3.75" action figures, vehicles, and robots that were known for their high poseability and innovative 5 mm interconnectivity.
