Yoshiya | KO

Yoshiya (1950 - 1970) also known as Kobe Yoko Ltd. was a major Japanese toy maker from the post war period.

Yoshiya -known by their mark KO- specialised in mostly mechanical or wind-up toys featuring fanciful designs, but they are also known for its extensive line of Robby the Robot knockoff toys.

I have a tin toy with KO made in japan it is a whale with pioneer on the side bubble eyes and painted like space america theme it has a pull up lever that allows whale to move after it is wound up the mouth opens up and down and it used to have sparks inside which have since wore out just wondering if any one could tell me about it i think it is about 1960 as i played with it when i was little just curious about it.
